The Role:

Responsible for the development of the food and beverage offer across the operation
Monitoring, reviewing and updating product lines to keep in touch with current trends
To ensure brand standards are adhered to
Work with supply partners to bring in the best quality products at the right prices!!!!
As an integral part of the support team you will be expected to take part in ad hoc projects in other parts of the business
Give training and present new products to trainers and employees of the business
Maintain an observation of competitor pricing and a activity
Position is responsible directly to the finance director and involved liaison with all levels of the division and organisation

The Person:

Must have a strong background from product development and offer/brand development
The right applicant will work well as part of a team and will have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
A strong background in operations within retail catering with a good understanding of product operation
A proven track record in communication and presentation skills
